Jue Cha- Pure Awareness, Self Awareness

Dear everyone, I want to offer you a 10 weeks course about what I believe is the most crucial aspect or practice for Self Realization. This course will be about Jue Cha. I chose to do a 10 weeks course because I want to go deeper, help you bring true understanding, support you more constantly in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with myself and other participants. I do feel an urge inside of myself to do this, and due to the importance of this theme and to really give you my support, I could not do it for less than 10 weeks.
Jue Cha is an aspect that belongs to the True Self, and everyone can manifest it. It is the state of pure or naked awareness that will lead you to overcome ignorance, attachments, transform in a very deep level your patterns by creating True Understanding, Knowledge, Awakening, Realization and Wisdom; it will help you to identify yourself more and more with your True Self until you free yourself from the illusion and you reveal and manifest who you really are.
There will be a class every week at 7:30 pm on Thursday Portugal time; each class is 2h, the course will be a total of 20h.
Here is the structure of this course:
Week 1- Foundations, basic understanding and integration of Jue Cha
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening Jue Cha, Jue Cha and the material aspect of life
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Jue Cha, Jue Cha and Qi aspect of life
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Jue Cha, Jue Cha and Emotions, Xin, Consciousness and Patterns
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Jue Cha. Jue Cha and True Self, Totality, Tao, Universe and Yuan Shen
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.

There will also be a weekly breakout room on Zoom, where the participants can meet in small groups to share, discuss and help each other in this process. This will be organized according to the number of participants and different time zones to make it possible for everyone who wants to participate.
Some adjustments might be made according to the Qi field and needs.
