Dear everyone, I want to offer you a 10 weeks course about Trust, the key to opening the heart. We will go deeper, helping you bring true understanding about Trust, support you more constantly in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with me and other participants.
Trust is an intrinsic quality of your pure heart, it brings peace, it can create true miracles, and an uplift bright change in all levels of life, it is the secret key to opening your heart and manifesting the immense treasures that you have inside your Pure Heart
There will be a class every week at 7:30 pm on Thursday (Portugal timezone); each class is 2h, the course will be a total of 20h, and the first class will be on 26 May 2022
Here is the structure of this course:
Week 1- Foundations, basic understanding of the Xin ( Heart), become aware of Trust
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening Trust, Conditions to Trust, “Objects” of Trust
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Trust, doubts, challenges, limitations, and Obstacles to Trust
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Trust, Trust without conditions, free unconditional Trust, the beginning of real Trust
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Trust. Expand Trust, Dissolve in Trust, with Trust Be your True Self
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.
