Week 1- Foundations, a basic understanding of the Xin ( Heart), become aware of Surrender
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening Gratitude, Conditions for Surrender, “objects” of Surrender
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Surrender doubts, challenges, limitations, and obstacles to Surrender
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Surrender, Surrender without conditions, free unconditional Surrender, the beginning of real Surrender
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Gongjing. Expand Surrender, Dissolve in Surrender, with Surrender Be your Pure Heart andTrue Self
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.
There will also be a weekly breakout room on Zoom, where the participants can meet in small groups to share, discuss and help each other in this process. This will be organized according to the number of participants and different time zones to make it possible for everyone who wants to participate.
Some adjustments might be made according to the Qi field and needs.
