Gongjing 10 Weeks Course

Dear everyone, I want to offer you a 10 weeks course,( starting on 1st June), about the fifth fundamental Heart quality, Gongjing, the key to realisation and wisdom. We will go deeper, helping you bring true understanding about Gongjing, constantly support you in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with me and other participants.
Gonjing can help you to have a true understanding, it put us in a position where fundamental learning about life can happen. In this state, the experience of totality might manifest, and the door for realization and wisdom is opened. With the light of wisdom, ignorance is dispersed and thou, suffering can disappear

Here is the structure of this course:
Week 1- Foundations, a basic understanding of the Xin ( Heart), become aware of Gongjing
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening Gongjing, Conditions for Gongjing, “objects” of Gongjing
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Gongjing doubts, challenges, limitations, and obstacles to Gonging
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Gongjing, Gongjing without conditions, free unconditional Gongjing, the beginning of real Gongjing
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Gongjing. Expand Gratitude, Dissolve in Gratitude, with Gongjin Be your True Self
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.
There will also be a weekly breakout room on Zoom, where the participants can meet in small groups to share, discuss and help each other in this process. This will be organized according to the number of participants and different time zones to make it possible for everyone who wants to participate.
Some adjustments might be made according to the Qi field and needs.
