Love 10 weeks course

You Are Love, love is the essence of the Universe and permeates all existence, is the creation, the unification, the purity, the bliss, the freedom, the growth, the miracle, the innocence and the wisdom, the peace and harmony. Every bright uplifting movement is made of Love. In love true miracles will happen, dare to Love yourself and You will perceive and receive the infinite and immense Love from the Universe, receive that Love and you will have no choice but to share it, convey it and dissolve yourself in love, and in this dissolution, you will be your True Self, because You Are Love

Dear everyone, I want to offer you a 10 weeks course about the third fundamental Heart quality, Love, the essence of who you really are! We will go deeper, helping you bring true understanding about Love, constantly support you in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with me and other participants.

There will be a class every week, except the last week of December ( please check the dates below) at 7:30 pm on Thursday (Portugal timezone); each class is 2h, the course will be a total of 20h, and the first class will be on 8th December 2022

Here is the structure of this course:

Week 1- Foundations, basic understanding of the Xin ( Heart), become aware of Love

Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice

Week 3- Deepening Love, Conditions to Love, “objects” of Love

Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice

Week 5- Deepening Love, challenges, limitations, and obstacles to Love

Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice

Week 7- Deepening Love, Love without conditions, free unconditional Love, the beginning of real Love

Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice

Week 9- Deepening Love. Expand Love, Dissolve in Love, with Love Be your True Self

Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration

Every week there will be a healing and an integration.
