In the workshop I will talk about Openness, how to experience unconditional Openness, how to create healthy boundaries to not close the heart and not becoming defensive and how to use it in unification with our True Self, to listen to our True Sel and True Heart allowing ourselves to manifest our true purpose, so that freedom can be a stable quality in our lives, I will be teaching the methods Tong Yuan and Di Yuan, there will be a group healing and finish with Question and Answers.
