Dear everyone, I want to offer you a 10 weeks course about the second fundamental Heart quality, Openness, the key to opening the heart. We will go deeper, helping you bring true understanding about Openness, constantly support you in your progress, and give you more opportunities to interact with me and other participants.
Openness is an intrinsic quality of your pure heart. It brings peace, can create true miracles and can uplift bright change in all levels of life. It is the secret key to starting to experience TRUE FREEDOM TO LOVE in the heart and manifesting the immense treasures that you have inside your Pure Heart
There will be a class every week, except the first week of October and the week of the New Zealand Retreat ( please check the dates below) at 7:30 pm on Thursday (Portugal timezone); each class is 2h, the course will be a total of 20h, and the first class will be on 8th September 2022
Here is the structure of this course:
Week 1- Foundations, a basic understanding of the Xin ( Heart), become aware of Openness
Week 2- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 3- Deepening Openness, Conditions to Open, “objects” of Openness
Week 4- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 5- Deepening Openness, doubts, challenges, limitations, and obstacles to Open
Week 6- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 7- Deepening Openness, Open without conditions, free unconditional Openness, the beginning of real Openness
Week 8- Questions and Answers, practice
Week 9- Deepening Openness. Expand Openness, Dissolve in Openness, with Openness Be your True Self
Week 10- Questions and Answers, practice, and final integration
Every week there will be a healing and an integration.
